The Art of Takoyaki Making.

I didn't know what there are Takoyaki and Siomai in Cebu when I went to Cebu at the first time. First time , I imagined that it was completely same foods compared with Japan's one. There is the most famous Siomai store in Tisa of Cebu city and I' ve been many times there but I've never eaten that. Why? I don't know LOL. However I've eaten Takoyaki several times in Cebu city. The Takoyaki in Cebu was completely different tastes compare with Japan's taste. Takoyaki stall in Cebu uses sweet chili souse. The taste is unfamiliar for Japanese but it is good to know other contries food culture.

Takoyaki stall in Cebu used uses sweet chili sauce souse. The taste is unfamiliar for Japanese, but it is good to know other contries countries' food culture.
